The plot follows H, a cold and mysterious character working at a cash truck company responsible for moving hundreds of millions of dollars around Los Angeles each week.
 
The acting and overall banter of the characters at the beginning of this film will make you want to turn it off, but battle through it because eventually the story finds its roots and starts becoming more entertaining.  It does take a minute though. 
 
FUN FACT:  The filming location of the armored car company (635 Mateo st LA) was also used as a police station in the Arnold Schwarzenegger movie Red Heat (1988).
