A family at a remote farmhouse is attacked by an unseen animal, but as the night stretches on, the father begins to transform into something unrecognizable.

FUN FACT:  The moving truck in the film is a (fictional) company called Pierce, which has been in business since 1941. The name references Jack Pierce, who was Universal's classic monster make-up artist in their 30s and 40s heyday. 1941 references the year Universal's original The Wolf Man film was released.
