FUN FACT:  To get into the character of Phil Burbank, Benedict Cumberbatch didn't wash for almost two weeks at the outset of the shoot. He also started chain smoking. Although he had smoked in real life for years, he felt sick after each take when he smoked the rolled-up cigarettes. He went so far with the chain smoking that he got nicotine poisoning three times.
