The King of Staten Island

Scott has been a case of arrested development since his firefighter dad died. He spends his days smoking weed and dreaming of being a tattoo artist until events force him to grapple with his grief and take his first steps forward in life.

No review.  Just a quote from the movie.

Scott Carlin: You're going to make me babysit your kids? I'm on drugs.

Nuff said.

FUN FACT:  Steve Buscemi was a New York City firefighter before becoming an actor. In November 2000, Buscemi told Salon interviewer Stephen Lemons that he was with Engine 55 in Manhattan's Little Italy for four years in the early 1980s. He took acting classes after about a year on the job, and stayed with the FDNY while acting in plays and movies. Buscemi quit firefighting in 1984 to pursue acting full-time. After the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, he returned to his old fire station to help search for survivors in the rubble of the World Trade Center.
