The untold true story of the legendary detectives who brought down Bonnie and Clyde.
 
It is very cool to see the other side of what a lot of people's perception is of who Bonnie & Clyde actually were.  The story & writing is outstanding and Costner & Harrelson have terrific on screen chemistry making this film highly entertaining.
 
FUN FACT:  When Texas Ranger Frank Hamer was earlier portrayed by Denver Pyle in Bonnie and Clyde (1967), he was characterized as an incompetent fool, prompting his widow Gladys to sue Warner Brothers for defamation of his character.  In 1971 an out-of-court settlement was reached.
