A cobbler, bored of his everyday life, stumbles upon a magical heirloom that allows him to become other people and see the world in a different way.
At first glance this film may look like your typical Adam Sandler goofy comedy, but it's actually more of a dramedy. My only issue with the movie is the ending and without spoiling anything I'll just say - I understand what they were trying to do, but I don't think it needed to be that extravagant.
FUN FACT: When Max first looks into the mirror and sees Leon's (Method Man's) reflection, he says "oh boy", a nod to the line said by Sam Beckett (Scott Bakula) on Quantum Leap (1989), a program where the main character also changes into someone else.
