When a pill that gives its users unpredictable superpowers for five minutes hits the streets of New Orleans, a teenage dealer and a local cop must team with an ex-soldier to take down the group responsible for its creation.
 
Pretty fun action movie filled with some creative camera shots and above average performances.  The story can get a little shaky at times, but not enough to where you can't follow what's going on.  This is just a fun popcorn picture.
 
FUN FACT:  Dominique Fishback who played Robin, a high school kid, was twenty-nine years old when the movie was released and a university graduate.
