A young girl from the big city uncovers clues to an unsolved cold case while visiting her father's small lakeside town.
 
This is the longest "little" mystery ever, but it's still entertaining.  There are some slow parts and seeing a kid constantly outsmart everyone (including her parents) does get tiresome, but once again...it's still an enjoyable show.
 
FUN FACT:  The real Hilde Lysiak's publication was called the Orange Street News and although the show takes place on Erie Harbor, Washington, the real Lysiak family moved to Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.
