Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the Egyptian gods--and imprisoned just as quickly--Black Adam is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.
 
A badly developed story with less than great supporting characters that are hidden behind The Rock and a bunch of CGI action.  Is it entertaining?...kinda.  Is it a good comic book movie?...100% NO.  
 
FUN FACT:  Jordan Peele was originally offered the chance to direct the film when it was first announced in 2017, but Peele declined, saying "I'm not a fan of superhero movies and I'd hate to take that chance away from a director who is passionate about them."
