FUN FACT:  Producer Brad Pitt was originally supposed to cameo as a ghost in the netherworld waiting room who had been shot in the head, implying that he's the ghost of Chad Feldheimer, his character from Burn After Reading (2008), who died this way, but was unable to film it due to a scheduling conflict.
